Mixing tank 150 L
The priming vat is indispensable in the carbonation process. It is supplied with a stirrer and stainless steel paddles whose speed is designed for perfect mixing of the product with the sugars added for carbonation, thus minimising oxygenation. Perfect mixing of the sugars reduces the likelihood of gushing.
