Air floating lid kit ⌀ 610 mm for tanks with internal diameters from 620 to 640 mm

For Polsinelli flat-bottomed stainless steel tank 300 L

For Polsinelli conical bottom 60° stainless steel tank 300 L

It includes:

• a stainless steel floating lid ⌀610 mm (2)
• an air chamber for food use
• a stainless steel pump with analog manometer (1)
• clamps
• recovery rope (4)
• air tube
• vent valve with sealings (3)

Proper use of floating air lids:

1. always fully fill the tank with wine
2. place the stainless steel float lid on the surface of the wine
3. unscrew the valve on the pump to allow inflation
4. inflate the tube to about 0.7 atm
5. check that the tube is tight against the inner surface of the tank and close the valve of the pump
6. you should check the air pressure every 15 days.

If the tube does not maintain the pressure, please check:

1. that there are no holes
2. the attachment between the air chamber and plastic tube
3. that the air hose clamps are not loose
4. that the gauge is not broken
5. if the pump valve is not working
