SUPER POLYTARTRYL®.

Ácido metatartárico producido por calentamiento al vacío con un alto índice de esterificación (40/42).

Características:

  • Índice 40-42
  • Propiedades: inhibidor de la precipitación tartárica.

Dosis: 10g/hL

Preparación: diluir el producto en un volumen de agua igual a 5 veces su peso.
