The 300-litre motorized stainless steel jam pot is a professional-quality product designed to assist businesses and enthusiasts in the jam-cooking process. It includes a food-grade silicone bottom scraper attached to the lower blade, preventing scorching and caramelization. Equipped with a stainless steel sphere valve DIN32 and a protected analog thermometer with a dedicated probe port, it ensures precise temperature control.
This pot meets all the productivity and quality needs of jam-making operations, with a motorized stirrer featuring stainless steel blades and a gearmotor with inverter allowing speed adjustment from 6 to 42 rpm and directional reversal through a digital display.
