Destemmer-crusher GAMMA 40
The destemmer-crusher Gamma 40 is suitable for micro wineries which produce high quality wines. It is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and it has no transfer pump or collection tank. It is fitted with a stainless steel semi-centrifugal de-stemming net with Ø 24 mm holes and a large hopper with dosing auger that can be supplied with a protective rubber coating. The destemming shaft is made of large rubber-coated blades. However, the roller unit is adjustable via the handwheel and can be removed for destemming only. For easy cleaning, the removable inner net is provided. The machine is also equipped with 4 wheels with brakes Ø 100 mm and an accident-prevention drawer.
