Stainless steel conical trunk Kombucha fermenter 60° 100 L
Ideal for the production of kombucha and other fermentables, as it is specific for the fermentation phase. Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel (18/10 for food), complying with all food safety regulations. Equipped with two stainless steel ball valves, one of 1" for total discharge and the other of 1/2" raised from the bottom, for the withdrawal of the liquid free of sediment. The 60° conical trunk facilitates the extraction of yeasts and sediments that deposit at the bottom of the cone, thus allowing for greater cleaning of the product, avoiding decanting that can cause contamination, with relative alteration of the bacteria. TIG welding guarantees effective cleaning and sanitizing operations. The breathable lid is made up of a stainless steel edge, that rests on a food-grade silicone gasket, with a layer of breathable cotton, in the middle, that guarantees the correct oxygenation with consequent acidification of the product. Everything is fixed by butterfly screws and stainless steel brackets.
Excellent stability, thanks to the removable stainless steel pedestal.
