Complete with a food-grade silicone scraper strip applied to the bottom shovel to prevent burning and caramelization of the product. Complete with stainless steel sphere valve 1", analogical thermometer with stainless steel protection, high thickness reinforced lid and with openings for steam outlet, gearmotor and blades. Ideal to produce high quality jam, thanks to professional analogical thermomter you will be able to check the temperature. Produced in our company and realised in high thickness stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304).
