The 100 liter pot is a product made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) perfect for supporting passionate homebrewers and small breweries in the production phases. The solid structure guarantees exceptional sturdiness and allows uniform and optimal cooking even when the container is used in other preparations.

The 100-litre pot has a lid with a flowered finish and an insulating knob, while the two handles welded on the sides make it easier to grip and make moving easier. The container is finished externally with a flowered effect, while the smooth and mirror-polished internal walls allow cleaning operations to be simplified, guaranteeing maximum hygiene with each use.

The 100 liter stainless steel pot on sale on Polsinelli Enologia has a weight of 10,4 kg, an internal diameter of 530 mm and an overall height of 480 mm. The wall thickness is 1 mm, while the bottom measures 1.5 mm to allow uniform and constant heat diffusion.
