Single-crate gyropallet with 2 bins
Machine designed for the removal of sediments and their settling through the remuage process. The structure, simple yet extremely robust, is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring high resistance to corrosion over time.
Loading and unloading of crates are easily carried out using a forklift, including manual ones. The system allows customization of remuage cycles thanks to intuitive and programmable software.
The supplied bins represent an efficient solution for wineries producing using the traditional method, significantly reducing bottle handling operations.
The machine is equipped with a PLC featuring a touchscreen display, Ethernet port, and software with 7 preset working programs. It is fitted with 3 motors rated at 400 V – 50 Hz and includes safety systems for operator protection.
2 foldable remuage bins are included, stackable up to 5 levels and compatible with bottles of any diameter.
