The Robusta Silver electric grater is a professional appliance designed for grating cheese, bread, dried fruit, almonds and chocolate. Featuring an aluminium body and a professional stainless steel roller, the Robusta Silver electric cheese grater is equipped with a 0.45 kW single-phase ventilated motor with thermal protection, activated by a safety switch.

Once the operator activates the lever switch, the grated product exits through the outlet of the Robusta Silver electric grater and falls into the stainless steel tray positioned underneath.
