The red 24 L grape withering tray is a container specifically designed to facilitate the drying process of grapes and fruit such as figs, plums, apricots, etc. Made with holes all over the surface, it allows adequate air circulation around the fruit, reducing the risk of mould and ensuring even drying.

Made entirely of food-grade plastic, it has a resistant structure suitable for food contact and it is easy to clean.

Often used for the production of dessert wines or dried fruit, the box is stackable, allowing efficient space management during withering and storage. The fruit is picked and arranged in the trays, where it remains to dry for a time, while concentrating the sugars and flavours.
