With the 50 L motorised 60° conical stainless steel tank you can easily mix your liquids. Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel (18/10 for foodstuffs), it complies with all food safety regulations. The 50 litre motor-driven 60° conical stainless steel tank is equipped with a thick stainless steel lid reinforced with stainless steel hooks, a motor and gearmotor with an inverter that allows speed regulation from 6 to 42 rpm, and rotation direction can be reversed via a convenient digital control display and mixing blades. It is also equipped with two stainless steel ball valves, one 1" for total discharge and the other 1/2" raised from the bottom, for drawing off the liquid without sediment.

The 60° conical trunk facilitates the extraction of sediment that settles at the bottom of the cone, allowing for greater cleaning. TIG welds facilitate cleaning and sanitising operations thanks to the mirror-polished interior. Excellent stability thanks to the integrated pedestal.
