The 50 L TRI-CLAMP stainless steel motorized pot is the ideal tool for production in brewing, food and pharmaceutical sectors where a quality product is required as well as suitable for home production.
Manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) that guarantees perfect chemical stability, the 50 L CLAMP motorized pot respects the organoleptic properties of the product.
The thick lid fixed to the pot by stainless steel hooks ensures that the right temperature is maintained, also thanks to mashing blades which keep the product in continuous movement by the 220 V 0.09 kW motor with gearmotor.
It is fitted as standard with the TRI-CLAMP quick-connection system consisting of a DN20 CLAMP 1" 1/2 stainless steel valve with PG 20 stainless steel hose nozzle, gaskets and CLAMP clamps. The main features of this system are the easy assembly and disassembly for which no tools are required and the ease of cleaning thanks to its smooth joints. The 50 L pot is also equipped with a professional-quality analogue thermometer with probe for easy control of the cooking temperature of the product, a lid with stainless steel knob and handles.
