Coadiuvante di tirage Esse 3,5 cl

Fosfati condensati. Facilitano al massimo la presa di spuma ed il remuage sulle pupitre. La parte solubile agisce in complemento con l'azione dei FOSFATI ESSE per dare vigore ai fermenti alcolici e produrre una fermentazione completa. La parte non solubile ha la proprietà di formare uno strato isolante tra il deposito prodotto dai lieviti e la bottiglia.
