With the 300 fruit kit you can chop and cold press all types of fruit without stones such as apples, pears and various vegetables such as potatoes and carrots. The 300 Fruit Kit is composed by the Fruit Mill and the 80 L hydropress.
Fruit hydropress 80 L
This fruit hydro-press is suitable for cold-pressing grapes, apples, pomegranates, berries, fruit in general and some vegetables, to easily and quickly obtain wine, juices, cider and more.
It has a capacity of up to 80 litres and works effortlessly and without the need for electricity, thanks to the pressure of the water that is introduced into a natural rubber membrane which, as it swells, squeezes the fruit evenly against the walls of the perforated cage.
A cloth filter is supplied to allow the liquid to escape without the danger of clogging the holes.
Sprays during processing are contained by the bag supplied.
Thanks to this type of processing, all the characteristics and natural, nutritional, physical and antioxidant properties of the fruit are maintained.
The cage and internal parts of the machine are made of stainless steel.
The lid and base are made of resistant aluminium and treated for food contact.
The pressure assembly is protected by a safety valve set at 3 bar.

The fruit mill runs on a single-phase motor with a voltage of 220V and has a capacity of 1000-1200 kg per hour, making it the ideal choice for professional use with high productivity.
The electric fruit mill weighs 45 kg and measures 110x 61x140 cm. It consists of a hopper with a large opening for feeding and a convenient outlet for the cut products, under which a collection container of different sizes can be easily placed. It is equipped with sturdy adjustable feet and has an emergency stop system when opening, which ensures maximum safety during use.
