Descrizione
Motorized 500-Liter Stainless Steel Pot with Inverter for Beer Mashing
The motorized 500-Liter stainless steel pot with inverter, available from the Polsinelli store, is designed to maximize efficiency during the beer mashing process and to achieve excellent product quality. Made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), it features a thick bottom that helps maintain constant temperatures, preventing the risk of caramelization even without insulation.
The agitator motor is equipped with a gear motor with inverter, allowing the rotation speed to be adjusted from 6 to 42 rpm and the direction of rotation to be reversed via a practical control panel with digital keypad.
The pot is also equipped with a professional analog thermometer that allows constant monitoring of the temperature, an essential operation for controlling all the mashing steps. Among its features are also a thick lid with stainless steel hooks, a DIN25 stainless steel ball valve with stainless steel hose barb Ø int. 20 mm, a sparge sphere with PG20 hose barb, stainless steel handles for easier transport, and an integrated stainless steel guard for the thermometer.
