The 330 L AISI 304 stainless steel mini dairy is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses such as agritourisms, dairies and farms that are looking for a reliable, fast machine with professional performance and easy installation.

It is the ideal machine for the production of caciotta, pecorino and cheeses in general in a totally automatic way and autonomously managing the milk heating and mixing cycle. In fact, thanks to the water double-wall, the mini-dairy can reach temperatures close to boiling without risking compromising the integrity of the milk, thus allowing the production of cheeses and ricottas with any type of milk.

The 330 L AISI 304 stainless steel mini dairy is entirely made of AISI304 stainless steel, it is equipped with a Ø74 35 KW stove with piezoelectric, pilot flame, safety device and 12V solenoid valve which, together with the thermostat with probe, switches the stove on and off according to the temperature choice.

For mixing the milk there is a completely enclosed gearmotor to which two adjustable blades are added on the axis so as to determine the height according to the quantity of milk inserted. Total drain through 2" AISI 316 stainless steel ball valve
