Equipped with a safety valve, the AISI 304 stainless steel bubbler for isobaric fermenter opens automatically when the pressure inside the fermenter exceeds that set by the factory so as to release the gas into the appropriate glass cup where it can be poured of the liquid to verify effective fermentation.
The safety valve is already calibrated for pressures of carbonated drinks such as beer, sparkling wine, sparkling wine, kombucha and other carbonated drinks.
