Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the draining board is an instrument used in cheese-making to speed up the draining of whey during the curd ripening phase. Thanks to the hole connected to an AISI 304 stainless steel DN15 3/4"  F x 3/4" M ball valve with a Ø20 hose nozzle, it drains the whey quickly and efficiently. Practical and safe, the AISI 304 stainless steel scoop plane is easy to wash after each use thanks to the completely smooth surfaces.
