Natural extract of oak with hydroalcoholic solution. Instantly dissolving granulated product. Act for the preparation of products intended for direct human consumption For oenological use.

USE IN OENOLOGY
Properties: ellagic tannin able to improve the structure and body of wines during the finishing phase.
Dose of use
- 3 - 20 g/hL
Preparation
Dissolve the product in 10% water or directly in the wine, keeping it in agitation. Incorporate later into the wine mass during pumping over or racking in order to obtain perfect homogenisation. Use a clean container made of inert material.
STORAGE
Keep in the original packaging at a temperature between 0 and 22°C in a dry place without unpleasant odours and not in direct contact with the ground.
