The Linemicro Domenica oven is part of the LINEMICRO™ range, a line of compact electric ovens designed to support basic pastry and baking processes. Ideal for simple operations, it is also perfect for browning frozen products and baked goods, ensuring practicality and efficiency.
This convection oven is equipped with analog controls and a cooking chamber made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It allows precise management of time, temperature, humidity level, and two fan speeds, making it ideal for baking both fresh and frozen products.
AIR.Plus technology ensures uniform heat distribution, guaranteeing consistent results on all trays.
