300 S-L Electric Slicer – Lusso Series

Medium size slicer ideal for slicing deli meat, meat, cheese and bread. Its shape allows perfect cleaning after every use, because of the lack of areas where dirt can hide. This slicer has the following characteristics in forced according to the safety regulations:

• Cast aluminium base with food coating;
• Blade cover, food tray, slice adjustment in polished anodised aluminium, in order to keep the machine hygienically clean and anticorrosive;
• Professional ventilated motor to reduce over heating and noise;
• Shaft blade mounted on a double ball-bearing that makes the slicer silent;
• Professional tempered hard chrome plated blade to maintain as long as possible the effectiveness in the cut;
• Fixed sharpener with double emery to sharpen and remove the burr; the cover and protection ring blade can be made of plastic or anodized polished aluminium.
