Packaged for companies and homebrewers who want to try their hand at the All Grain method, Weyermann Pale Ale Barley Malt is offered here in a 25 kg bag. The cereal is characterised by its light colour (Colour/EBC: 5.5-7.5) and is particularly suitable for producing English-style beers characterised by high fermentation, a malty taste and low carbonation. It is therefore the ideal base for producing easy-drinking beers, from classic ales to stouts and porters. Pale Ale barley malt can be used at 100% dosage and is produced by Weyermann, an old German malt house and currently one of the international benchmarks for breweries and homebrewers. We recommend storing Weyermann Pale Ale barley malt in a 25 kg package in a cool, dry place.
