Der Kochtopf wurde entwickelt, um die Dämpfe, die während des Kochens entstehen, zu kanalisieren und sie leicht ausserhalb des Garraums zu bringen.

Ganz aus Edelstahl Aisi 304 (18/10). Der Topf wird geliefert mit: Edelstahl-Kugelventil DIN25 mit Edelstahl-Füllhalter Ø int. 20 mm Hochdicke Abdeckung mit Rauchabzug Ø 100 mm Inspektionsschalter für Hopfen Analoges Thermometer mit Schutz und Edelstahl-Schacht Zusätzlicher Edelstahl-Kühlschacht.
