Completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the cheese brushing machine is the ideal tool for removing mould from ripening cheeses. It has a continuous washing system for the rotating brush and a manual adjustment system for adjusting the brushing force. The cheese brushing machine can also be used to oil the cheeses. The practical stainless steel cart with wheels (2 with brakes) on which the brushing machine is placed allows easy movement to the work place.
Supplied with 1 set of medium-hard brushes with a total length of 300 mm, ideal for cheeses up to a maximum diameter of 300 mm. Brushes of a different hardness can be ordered on request. Replacing the brushes is immediate and simple and does not involve disassembling the shaft and motor.
The cheese brushing machine operates on a 230 V single-phase power supply and has a rotation speed of 400 rpm. Electronic speed regulation at 20-400 rpm can be supplied on request.
