Selected yeast for vinification.

Selected strains of Saccharomyces cerevisaie.

FOR RED WINES

Properties: High fermentation activity

Use: For rapid start of fermentations of grape must.

Application: Add the yeast in a quantity of 5 to 10 times its weight in a mixture of water and must brought to 40° C max.

Wait 10 to 15 minutes while stirring well, then add to the mass to be inoculated.

DOSAGE: 20 GRAMS PER 100 LITRES OF MUST
