Fruit pneumatic Press 20 L
Fruit pneumatic press suitable for cold pressing for processing grapes, apples, pomegranates, berries, fruit in general and some vegetables, to easily and quickly obtain wine, juices, cider and more.
The press has an internal capacity of 20 litres and its operation uses only the air pressure generated separately by a compressor that develops at least 3 bars, introducing air into a natural rubber membrane which, as it swells, squeezes the fruit evenly against the walls of the perforated cage.
A cloth filter is supplied to allow the liquid to escape without the danger of clogging the holes.
Sprays during processing are contained by the bag supplied.
This type of processing makes it possible to maintain the physical, nutritional and antioxidant properties characteristic of the fruit.
The cage and internal parts of the machine are made of stainless steel.
The lid and base are made of resistant aluminium treated for contact with foodstuffs.
The pressure assembly is protected by a safety valve set at 3 bar.
