Ecolab - Sanificante P3-vino CHLOR L (24 kg)
Chlorinated liquid sanitizer for cleaning, detartarising and sanitizing tanks and circuits in the wine industry.
Suitable for cleaning presses, filters, pumps, in the bottling area. Designed for complete treatment of tanks, filters, pipes, CIP systems.
- Effective even in the presence of hard water thanks to the presence of dispersants.
- Reinforced bleaching action for a complete cleaning result.
Use in aqueous solution.
Operating temperature:
- +30°C max; -15°C min
Physical and chemical characteristics
- Appearance : clear yellow liquid
- pH value: approx. 12,4 (solu. 1%, in demi water at 20°C)
- Density: approx. 1.17 (at 20°C)
- Foaminess : non-foaming
How ot use it:
Application is by circulation, spraying or immersion. The washing parameters depend on the amount of dirt and the type of material, as well as the type of cleaning operation to be carried out. Indicatively:
Concentration:
- For frequent treatment : 2-5
- For deep cleaning: 10-20%.
Temperature:
- from room temperature to 60°C
Contact time:
- 10 to 40 minutes
Always follow up with a thorough rinse with drinking water, until pH neutral and complete removal of chlorine.
Material compatibility:
- Under the conditions of use described below, P3-wine CHLOR L is compatible with most materials used in wine-making businesses. Do not use on sensitive materials (aluminium, tin, zinc and their alloys) or coloured materials. Do not use on wooden barrels.
CAUTION: Never heat the P3-wine CHLOR L solution above 60°C: risk of chlorine gas development, corrosion of the materials and loss of effectiveness.
