Hydropress 20 L
This hydropress is suitable for cold pressing of grapes, apples, pomegranates, berries, fruit in general and some vegetables, to easily and quickly obtain wine, juices, cider and more.
It has a capacity of up to 20 litres and works effortlessly and without the need for electricity, thanks to the pressure of the water that is introduced into a natural rubber membrane which, as it swells, squeezes the fruit evenly against the walls of the perforated cage.
A cloth filter is supplied to allow the liquid to escape without the danger of clogging the holes.
Sprays during processing are contained by the bag supplied.
Thanks to this type of processing, all the characteristics and natural, nutritional, physical and antioxidant properties of the fruit are maintained.
The cage and internal parts of the machine are made of stainless steel.
The lid and base are made of resistant aluminium and treated for food contact.
The pressure assembly is protected by a safety valve set at 3 bar.
