Double bubble water air lock with Rubber cap (∅ 60 mm)
Composed by a rubber cap which has to be introduced directly into the container where fermentation happens. This tool enebles CO2 to get out of the container, but it prevents oxigen from getting into the container, which could lead to the oxidation of our product.
We suggest to change the water in the double bubble container every 1/2 months or to use a solution of water and 10% potassium metabisulphite.
The diameter which has been indicated is the internal diameter.
