Bentonite Microcol Alpha is one of the most popular powder clarifiers for oenology. The 1 kg pack of micro-granulated natural sodium bentonite removes proteins to prevent cloudiness in white and rosé wine. A dosage of 10 - 120 grams per hectolitre is recommended, depending on protein stability tests. The packaging should be hermetically sealed and stored in a dry, cool, odour-free place. It is recommended to use Microcol Alpha Laffort bentonite quickly after opening the package.
