Packaged for companies and homebrewers who want to try their hand at the All Grain method, Weyermann's Carapils barley malt is offered here in a 25kg bag. Carapils barley malt can be used with a dosage of 5/10% for pils-type beers and up to 40% for low-alcohol and light beers. It is produced by Weyermann, an ancient German brewery and currently one of the points of reference in the international panorama for breweries and homebrewers. We recommend storing Weyermann Carapils barley malt in a 25 kg package in a cool, dry place.

Characteristics:

• Use: Pilsner beers (dosage 5-10%) - low-sour beers (dosage up to 40%) - light beers (dosage up to 40%)
• Caramelised barley malt
• Ingredients: barley; may contain traces of spelt, oats, wheat, rye.
• Colour/EBC: 2.5-6.5
• Dosage: at 5-10% (for pilsner beers) - up to 40% (for low-sour beers and light beers)
• Effect: Optimisation of foam and its stability, increase in fullness of flavour
